About this policy
ParentBell is a parent-focused school organizer published by Creative Pixels. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the ParentBell Android app.
Information stored on your device
Information entered into ParentBell is stored and processed on your device. This may include child profiles, school information, reminders, notes, transportation information, homework information, and images or documents you select locally.
Creative Pixels does not receive or maintain this information on its own servers.
Device permissions and features
ParentBell may request access to certain Android features so you can choose to use them:
- Calendar access for ParentBell’s calendar features.
- Notification permission so ParentBell can send reminders you set.
- Biometric authentication for the optional app-lock feature, such as fingerprint or face authentication supported by your Android device.
Biometric credentials and biometric data are handled by Android. Creative Pixels does not receive or store that biometric information.
Advertising, analytics, and tracking
ParentBell does not currently use advertising, analytics, tracking, or location tracking. Creative Pixels does not sell personal information.
Your choices and controls
You can control ParentBell’s permissions through your device’s Android settings. You can remove locally stored ParentBell information by deleting it within the app where that option is available, or by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
Children’s information
ParentBell is intended for use by parents and guardians, not for use directly by children. Information that a parent or guardian enters about a child remains stored locally on the user’s device as described in this policy and is not maintained by Creative Pixels on its own servers.
